BuLine Roll Form Machines are designed and manufactured up to several Roll Form stations and system units according to customers’ profile type. Roll Form Line is manufactured according to the given profile and computer analyst flower.
BuLine is composed of the system units including Decoiler system, servo sheet feeding system, press and punch station, roll form station, Turk Head, and cutting station. 3 axis configuration along with an automatic CNC control.
BuLine automatically feeds and bends the roller sheets in the roll form line with servo automation system.
